Isaac Spainhour is a native of King, North Carolina where he graduated from West Stokes High School in 2020.He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, earning a B.S. in Sport Management in 2024 while competing as a member of the FSU Men’s Basketball Team from 2020–2024. His experience as a student-athlete strengthened his leadership skills, work ethic, and understanding of high-performance team environments.

Currently, Spainhour is pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Liberty University, expanding his expertise in athlete performance, training methodologies, and applied sport science. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), reflecting his commitment to evidence-based training and professional development.

Spainhour has gained diverse, hands-on experience through internships at multiple Division I athletic programs. At Kansas State University, he supported Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Women’s Tennis, assisting with practice operations, performance monitoring, and program logistics. He also completed an internship with Florida State University Men’s Basketball, contributing to player development initiatives, data collection, and daily program support.
