GREENWOOD, Ind. - The College Sports Communicators, formerly known as CoSIDA, has released its Academic All-District® Teams for NCAA Division II Baseball for the 2026 season. Five student-athletes from Emory & Henry University received the honor.

Seniors Ky Gregoire (Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA), Brady Halstead (Indian Trail, N.C.) and Jacob Nester (Hillsville, Va.) along with junior Jadden Rodriguez (Thomasville, N.C.) and sophomore Cole Gillis (Charlotte, N.C.) were all chosen to the team for the Wasps. Across Division II, there were 629 baseball players to make the team including a total of 41 from the South Atlantic Conference. Gregoire was also named as a CSC Academic All-America® finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members
The 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes baseball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees who meet certain criteria advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced early July.
