Jackson rushed for his second consecutive 1,000-yard season in 2025 as he led the conference with 1,102 rushing yards and was second in the SAC with 19 rushing touchdowns. He eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark on five separate occasions, including rushing for a career-high 226 yards in the season-opening win over Glenville State. Jackson also had five games with multiple rushing touchdowns, including reaching the end zone four times against Newberry. His 19 touchdown season places him third in program history for rushing scores in a single campaign. Jackson was chosen to the All-SAC First Team Offense.

Rhea had a breakout year on the gridiron as he led the SAC and was tied for fifth in the nation with 12 sacks. He also registered 50 tackles, 17.5 for loss, and forced a trio of fumbles. Rhea registered at least .5 sacks in nine separate games, including three in a 42-13 victory over Anderson (S.C.) University. Rhea had seven tackles, three sacks for 15 yards lost, 3.5 tackles for loss and a forced fumble against the Trojans, leading to him being awarded SAC Defensive Player of the Week and NCAA.com Division II Football National Defensive Player of the Week for his performance. He was honored for his play during the season by being named to the All-SAC First Team Defense as well as being selected as SAC Defensive Player of the Year.

Super Region Two is made up of the following conferences from the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), Gulf South Conference (GSC), South Atlantic Conference (SAC) and Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). The SAC led all leagues with 17 total selections.

As a team, Emory & Henry posted an 8-3 overall record, 6-3 in the league. The Wasps ended the year tied for third in the SAC. E&H picked up a win over No. 22 nationally-ranked Carson-Newman, as well as a record-breaking demolition of Southwest Virginia rival the University of Virginia's College at Wise by a 70-13 margin.
