EMORY, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Women's Golf Team has set its schedule for the fall of 2019. Led by Head Coach Bill Mannino, the Wasps will play in four different tournaments over the course of a three-week period.
E&H will also host its second annual Blue-Gold Match in conjunction with the men's team at some point this fall. That date is yet to be determined.
Emory & Henry will get the season started on Saturday with the Knights Women's Fall Invitational, an 18-hole event hosted by Southern Virginia University at Lexington Golf & Country Club.
Next up is the Bridgewater Invitational, a two-day, 36-hole event familiar to the Wasps. Lakeview Golf Club in Harrisonburg, Virginia will once again play host to the tournament.
For the second time in three years, Emory & Henry will host a tournament of its own. The Emory & Henry Invitational is set for Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1 at Glenrochie Country Club in Abingdon.
E&H will close out the fall season with its third-straight appearance in the Greene Turtle Invitational, hosted by Shenandoah University. The 36-hole tournament will take place on Saturday, October 5.
