PRINCETON, N.J. – The Emory & Henry University Women's Wrestling Team opened their 2025-26 Campaign at the Princeton Open. The Wasps turned in several strong performances, highlighted by Junior Molly Keller in the 145 weight class coming away with a 1st place finish.

124 Pounds
- Junior Madison Wilson (Henrico, Va.) fell in the Round of 32 to Western New England's Ariel Casella. Wilson would bounce back in the Consolation rounds with Technical Superiority victories over Joan Vince from Rutgers and Courtney Bowyer from Arcadia.
- Junior Natalia Langer (Powhatan, Va.) also fell in the first round but picked up a couple of Technical Superiority wins of her own against Ariel Casella and Molly Brangan. Both E&H Wrestlers fell in the round of 8.
131 Pounds
- Junior Mak Robinson (Spotsylvania, Va.) came up short in her first round matchup against Western New England's Jazmene Molina.
- Freshman Tana Loving (Fredericksburg, Va.) lost by Technical Superiority to Ursinus' Stacy Bloomfield in the first round. This set up an all Wasp match in the Consolation Round of 16 between Robinson and Loving, which saw Loving come out on top. Loving would make it to the Round of 8 before falling to Lock Haven's Rachel Plata.
138 Pounds
- Freshman Kendi Dye (Richlands, Va.) fell by Technical Superiority in the Quarter-Finals to Western New England's Tanya Teneva. Dye would make it to the Consolation Round of 8.
145 Pounds
- Junior Natalie Giocondo (Dumfries, Va.) dropped her opening matchup against Ursinus' Chloe Charlesworth. Giocondo received a bye in the Consolation first round before ending her day against Felicity Davis from Ursinus.
- Junior Molly Keller (Fairlawn, Va.) began her day with a victory by fall over Ursinus' Felicity Davis. Keller continued rolling, picking up two Technical Superiority victories over Lockhaven's Taylor Aiello and Western New England's Sanyah Queen, setting up a match in the Championship round against Ursinus' Chloe Charlesworth. Keller would fight from an 8-0 deficit in the 2nd period rattling off 6 straight points before earning a victory by pin to win the Princeton Open in her weight class.
160 Pounds
- Sophomore Rihana Carson (Roanoke, Va.) started the tournament with a bye. Carson earned a pin victory over Willow Arnold in 43 seconds to advance before falling in the Quarter-Finals.
180 Pounds
- Junior Eryn Hubble (Leesburg, Va.) received a bye in the Round of 32, before getting a victory by Technical Superiority over Mali Richardson from the Coast Guard. Hubble would fall in the next round to Ursinus' Jurelys Peguero del Rosario. Hubble would make it to the Consolation Round of 8 to Felician's Cerenity Whiting.
- Senior Ella Tallent (Dandridge, Tenn.) had a bye in the Round of 32. Tallent would win by pin in the Round of 16 in the 2nd Period over Ursinus' Gianna Perez before falling to Western New England's Atiyana in the Quarter-Finals. Tallent ended her day in the Consolation Round of 8 against Western New England's Mikayla Maloy.
207 Pounds
- Freshman Allison Gabarrete (Jeffersonton, Va.) began the Open with a victory by pin over Kate Osakwe in 26 seconds. Gabarrete would fall in the Quarter-Finals to Columbia's Kaylie Musard. In the Consolation Round of 8 Gabarrete would win by pin in the 1st Period against Kaia Condon from McDaniel. Gabarrete would make it to the Consolation Round of 4 before falling to Western New England's Emily Dubar by pin.
