2026 Outdoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Outdoor season...Set personal bests in the 200m at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) with a time of 23.88...Recorded a personal best in the 400m at the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25th) with a time of 50.37. 

2025-26 Indoor: Ran in 4 meets during the indoor season...Finished 9th in the 400m at the ASICS Get Your Marks Meet (Nov. 15th) with a time of 52.43. 

2025 Outdoor: Raced in all five meets ... Finished 29th at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with an 800-meter time of 51.90 seconds ... Set his personal best of 51.32 seconds in the 800 at the Tornado Classic (Apr. 4) ... Had a season-best time of 2:07.50 in the 800 meters at the Livingstone Blue Bear Invitational (Mar. 29).

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets ... Finished 24th at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) in the 800 meters ... Ran a :52.91 in the 400 meters at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 8).

2023 Outdoor: Ran in five meets … Posted a career-best 24.29 in the 200 meters at the Battleground Relays (Apr. 1) to take home 18th … Also ran a personal-best in the 400 meters at the LR Bears Open (21-22) with a time of 51.43 … Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that set a new program record at the South Atlantic Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:26.04.
