2026 SAC Outdoor Track & Field Athlete to Watch

2026 Outdoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Outdoor campaign...Finished 3rd and set a new personal best in the 1500m at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) with a time of 4:23.98...Set another personal best at the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25th) in the 800m with a tim eof 1:55.70 earning him a spot atop the podium. 

2025-26 Indoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Finished 1st at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb 14th) in the 800 with a time of 1:57.12...Set a personal best time in the 400 at the Tryon Bestest Banked Invitational (Feb 20th) with a time of 51.75.

2025 Outdoor: Raced in two meets ... Part of the 4x400 meter relay which finished fourth at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) ... Ran a 1:58.92 in the 800 meters at the Blue & Gold Track Classic (Apr. 26).

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during his freshman season ... Finished 16th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Had his best time of 1:57.28 in the 800 at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 22) ... Part of the 4x400 meter relay which took fifth at the SAC meet ... Ran a 4:29.43 in the mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15).
