2026 Outdoor: Ran in 4 meets for the Outdoor campaign...Set 2 personal bests at the EKU spring Invitational (Mar. 20th) in the 1500m with a time of 4:10.17 and the 3000m with a time of 9:15.31...Set a new personal best in the 10,000m at the SAC Championships (Apr 29-30th) with a time of 34:02.18.

2025-26 Indoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Set a new personal best and finished 4th in the Mile at the Tryon Bestest Banked Invitational (Feb. 20th) with a time of 4:29.32...Set another personal best in the 5000m at the SAC Championships (Feb 28-Mar. 1st) with a time of 15:48.84. 

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five meets ... Finshed 16th in the 10,000 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with a personal-best time of 34:56.80 ... Was also 26th in the 5,000 meters at the SAC meet at 16:27.92 ... Posted a personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:15.80) at the Livingstone Blue Bear Invitational (Mar. 29).

2024-25 Indoor: Raced in four indoor meets as a sophomore ... Finished 21st in the 5,000 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) with a season-best time of 16:22.23 ... Ran a personal-best of 9:21.78 in the 3,000 meters at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 22) ... Had a season-best mile time of 5:02.17 at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15).

2024 Outdoor: Ran in four meets ... Finished 23rd in the 10,000 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (May 1-2) with a time of 36:05.90 ... Ran a 4:18.09 in the 1,500 meters and a 16:25.15 in the 5,000 meters at the Phoenix Invitational (Mar. 22).
