2026 SAC Outdoor Track & Field Athlete to Watch

2024-25 SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2026 Outdoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Outdoor season...Finished 1st in the 800m at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) with a time of 2:35.12 and 2nd place and a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 5:19.40...Set a personal best in the 800m at the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25th) with a time of 2:24.01...Was apart of the 4x400m Relay Team that finished 9th at the SAC Championships (Apr. 29-30th) with a time of 4:04.57. 

2025-26 Indoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Set a personal best in the 600m at the VMI Team Challenge with a time of 1:43.68...Finished 1st and broke two school records at the Tryon Bestest Banked Invitational (Feb. 20th) in the 400m and the Pole Vault with a tim eof 1:01.61 and a height of 2.45m.

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five meets ... Finished 14th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with a personal record time of 2:24.62 ... Part of the eighth-place 4x400 meter relay at the SAC meet ... Had a pole vault height of 2.45 meters at the Blue & Gold Track Classic (Apr. 26).

2024-25 Indoor: Raced in five indoor meets during her freshman season ... Finished 12th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Was also part of the distance medley relay and the 4x400 meter relay which finished seventh at the SAC meet ... Ran a personal-best of 6:09.03 in the mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15) ... Had her personal-best of 2:27.92 in the 800 at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 22).
