2026 Outdoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Outdoor season...Set a personal best in the 1500m at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) with a time of 4:25.91...A personal best in the 800m at the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25th) with a time of 1:57.55...Was apart of the 4x400m Relay team that finished 3rd with a time of 3:25.15 at the John Weaver Invitational. 

2025-26 Indoor: Ran in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Set a personal best in the 600m at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 17th) with a time of 1:26.24...Personal best at the Tryon Bestest Banked Invitational (Feb. 20th) in the 400m with a time of 53.45.

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five outdoor meets ... Finished 21st in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with a personal-best time of 1:58.75 ... Also ran a 4:32.40 in the 1,500 meters at the Mountaineer First Chance (Mar. 21).

2024-25 Indoor: Raced in five meets as a sophomore ... Finished 19th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Ran a personal-best of 2:01.47 in the 800 meters at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 22) and had a time of 4:49.02 in the mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15).

2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Set a person-best time of :53.48 in the 400 meters at the Battleground Relays (Apr. 1) to finish 12th … Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that set a new program record at the South Atlantic Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:26.04.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in five meets as a freshman … Ran a personal-best 1:28.17 in the 600 meters at the Bast Cregger Invitational (Dec. 9-10) to finish sixth … Posted another personal-best in the 200 meters at the COROS Collegiate Challenge (Jan. 22).
